USCIS: Turning a simple non-IT app into an enterprise solution

The United States Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS) built a contract management workflow that manages over $1.5 billion in assets annually. This simple application allows stakeholders to hold project and program owners accountable by tracking their burn rates—comparing those to the submitted and approved roadmaps.

This application was just the beginning however, as it’s only one of 13 required pieces that make up a total contract package. To unlock more capabilities, the USCIS turned to the Now Platform®.

Register for our upcoming webinar to hear this fascinating customer story filled with insights. You’ll learn how the USCIS used ServiceNow to save the contract and finance team untold hours of informal coaching by:

  • Developing a comprehensive government contract lifecycle system
  • Guiding end‑users through the necessary package requirements
  • Building the required artifacts for submission to the procurement package
